When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your ritual. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging.
Are your products clean and sustainable?
Yes. Our formulas are clean, effective, and free of parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. We prioritize high-quality ingredients and sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring the Crown Affair experience to more countries in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order?

To maintain the longevity of your tools, we recommend cleaning them with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking wooden or acetate tools in water for extended periods.
