Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ritual, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, brushes and combs must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it and attach it to your original Crown Affair shipping box.

• 3.
  Package Your Ritual

  Ensure the products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit, including any promotional materials or components.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
